On the morning of December 10, Tashkent, which had been hit by continuous rainy days for many days, ushered in clear skies. With an average annual precipitation of less than 200 millimeters in this city, three consecutive days of rain were regarded by local residents as an auspicious omen of long-awaited nectar after drought. As the clouds cleared, the scriptures recited by Uzbek imams for blessings and the Chinese-style shovels were raised simultaneously, marking the official groundbreaking of the Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce · Nanjing Juli Group (CCSP) Central Asia Headquarters Complex. Covering an area of 1,000 ㎡ with a total construction area of 2,023 ㎡, this 8-story, 26.85-meter-high frame-shear wall building is expected to be completed and put into use in 2026. Upon completion, it will become the first Chinese-funded complex integrating "exhibition, transaction, service and leisure" in Tashkent, serving as a bridgehead for Nanjing Juli Holdings(CCSP) to deeply integrate into the "Belt and Road" initiative and a new physical fulcrum for China-Uzbekistan production capacity cooperation.

Yuan Zhizhou, Chairman of CCSP, stated at the groundbreaking ceremony that the Central Asia Headquarters will serve as the group's future operation center, exhibition center and service center in Central Asia. It is not only a business fulcrum but also a platform to deepen China-Uzbekistan economic and trade exchanges and promote regional cooperation. The group will adhere to "high-standard construction, high-quality management and efficient advancement", while exporting the one-stop intelligent operation system covering mining, aggregate and concrete. Meanwhile, it will build a platform to cooperate with many well-known domestic new energy enterprises in laying out Uzbekistan's photovoltaic and energy storage industries, injecting new momentum into Central Asia's renewable energy infrastructure.

In the future, it will become an important platform for connecting Chinese enterprises, serving Chinese chambers of commerce, and promoting regional economic cooperation in Central Asia. Adhering to the philosophy of "being a warm-hearted enterprise", CCSP will continue to create new brilliance in the broader international market.
